Everything I study and read is to enhance my teaching and to deepen your experience in class. I strive to assist you in leaving the 'outside world' outside for the duration of the class, so you can experience and re-balance your 'ïnside world'.
Friendly, relaxed style classes where everyone is welcome. Dru yoga is yoga for western bodies! Enjoy unwinding, de-stressing and rebalancing your whole being.
I have been teaching yoga in the local area for over 18 years, I am a fully qualified Hatha and Dru yoga teacher, plus a fully qualified Dru Meditation teacher. I strive to create warm, friendly classes that provide a safe and welcoming haven to practice yoga within in the local community. My aim to provide you with a complete break from the busyness of daily life, so that you can leave class feeling topped up and energised ready to show the world the very best of you!
